Mountain refuge
On Mount Maddalena, our interpretation of a mountain hut.
The only thing lacking to make this mountain home perfect was a high-altitude garden.
To create an interplay with the surroundings, we planted a combination of shade and half-shade plants, adding shrubs and flowers carefully selected to bloom throughout the year, to create an ever-living garden.
To enhance the border wall, we chose trailing vinca, which creates the perfect illusion of “now you see it, now you don’t”.
